Dr. Li performed my bilateral mastectomies and reconstruction after breast cancer. I presented him with a challenging case due to a huge scar on one side and not much skin or tissue thickness to work with. He removed the scar and expanded my smaller side to match the other side. His surgery reports were detailed and helpful to read afterward so I could understand what happened to me during the procedures. He selected the implant size and made most of the decisions, which made the process easy for me as the patient. Due to tissue limitations from the scar removal, I’m not perfectly symmetrical, but quite close. I am happy with my outcome.

Dr. Li gets straight to the point and wastes no time. He is frank about what is and isn’t possible for you. He notices the small details, which is exactly what you want in a surgeon. He replied to my emailed questions promptly in the critical 24–48 hours right after surgery, no matter what time of day it was, which I really appreciated.

Communication with his office was excellent; his staff are prompt, responsive and sweet.

I am grateful for and pleased with the results I received from CA Aesthetics.

I had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Eric Li and his entire office. Dr. Li was incredibly thorough, professional, and genuinely pleasant. What I appreciated most was his honesty and realistic expectations. He took the time to explain which procedures would work best for me without making me feel pressured or trying to sell me on anything. I truly felt his recommendations were based on what would give me the best results.

The front desk staff were equally wonderful—so warm, welcoming, and delightful. They also let me know they would follow up with me by phone regarding my quote and take the time to go through any questions or concerns I may have. That level of care and attentiveness really stood out.

The office itself is absolutely beautiful. It is pristine, elegant, and impeccably maintained, and you can tell they take great pride in creating a comfortable and welcoming environment.

I came to Dr Eric because I wanted to look snatched and thats exactly what I got. one word to describe Dr Eric is PROFESSIONAL. Period. From the initial consultation to surgery, Dr Eric keeps it 100. I used to have major insecurity about my body now I finally feel like I have my rizz back. I was taken care of very well by Dr Eric & team. They always responded to my text messages, even after working hour. Currently loving my results *post 7 weeks and already planing on having another procedure done with Dr Eric. Dr. Li is attentive and does good work. I appreciate how detailed and articulate he is when it comes to consultations. I had certain concerns unique to me that he addressed during consultations and follow-ups. Alyssa and Starr were also very helpful for scheduling and answering any questions I had. Overall a great and friendly office 🙂

I had post weight loss skin removal (abdominoplasty) with Dr. Li this past May. With it being a 6 week recovery, I only had a certain time frame to get it done around April or May of this year. Originally Dr. Li was booked until deeper into June/July which made me originally resort to other potential surgeons. Luckily they reached out and notified me that they had a spot open up for May and was able to ultimately go with Dr. Li. Overall pretty happy with the results/service and the price was fair. Definitely would recommend Dr. Li!

Having consulted with several of the top surgeons in the San Jose area, I can say Dr. Li is genuinely well-respected. For breast augmentation, his photos and line-cleavage technique speak for themselves. He tends to favor a lipo-augmentation hybrid approach; every surgeon has their own preferences, and his produces excellent results.

Staff: The front desk team is new and wonderful. Starr, Angela, and Julie are knowledgeable, welcoming, and responsive to emails. I’ve seen reviews mentioning the follow-up as “aggressive.” In fairness, most clinics will follow up regularly once you’ve expressed interest; if that’s not for you, a polite “stop” to the office usually does the trick. This is a significant financial decision, so I understand why some clients who decide not to move forward feel pressured by the outreach.

Timeline: If you’re ready to move forward with a surgeon known for consistent, excellent results, this is the place. I booked my consult and had surgery about 4 weeks later.

Consultation & procedure: I work in healthcare, so I tend to be a picky patient — I come in hot and annoying with lots of questions. I form my own opinions (sometimes wrong and mislead) from photos and the literature. What stood out to me was hearing unsolicited praise for Dr. Li from OR nurses who work with other surgeons too. During the consultation, he took the time to answer all my questions without ever rushing me.

Pricing: Most competing offices charge an hourly consultation fee that’s credited toward your procedure if you book. Only one surgeon in my search waived that fee entirely, and he also happened to be the most affordable of the group. You generally get what you pay for.

Recovery: Post-surgery, I had minimal pain, was able to work from home, and could drive since I wasn’t on narcotics.

One tip: bring your surgeon real photos. Your idea of a “C cup” and your inspo photos might not match and may turn out closer to a DD! I asked for a natural result (with subfascial moderate profile implants) and that’s exactly what I got.
